The crucial role of Automation, Automation, and Automation is my biggest learning in Q1.

Working at i-Health for the last 3 years, I can whole heartedly say that i-Health is an organization where everyone is all-in, and everyone genuinely cares about the impact and purpose we are building together. However, we are an organization that shies away from utilizing systems to its full capability, automatization of processes, or utilizes data fully to make decisions.

What we have been going through in Q1 with our service levels and our market share is not easy and I want to ensure that we don’t get to this place again. The only way out of this is to automate our processes, use our systems fully and trust the data we have. Our systems and data will give us early warnings for our full E2E process AND our market performance. We need to whole-heartedly challenge manual data work and diligently work on automating our processes to stop always relying on each other remembering and/or being at every single meeting. Systems and automatization will empower us all.

My ask to you; if you are working today in a spreadsheet or having to do a manual data processing repetitively, please raise your hand and speak to your manager. We are going through a full E2E and dashboarding automation process. Let’s move as quickly as possible towards the more creative parts of our jobs than the repetitive one we are in today.

I am very excited at the progress we have made, but we have a long way to go. This is a crucial topic for us to ensure we are on the right path, make the right decisions and reach our ambition based on fact based decision making at speed.

Earth Day Celebration

Our most recent gathering was a vibrant celebration of Earth Day, reflecting our commitment to people and planet. We proudly supported a fundraiser for 4ocean, contributing to their vital ocean cleanup efforts, and hosted a successful plant sale, raising $500. This celebration showcased our shared values of teamwork, environmental consciousness, and giving back, inspiring us to continue making a positive impact on our world.

Healthcare Professional Strategy 2024

As we launch the i-Health HCP Program for NAM in 2024, the focus is to build an HCP/influencer strategy beginning with Culturelle® Kids + Baby to drive awareness, secure product endorsements, grow patient recommendations, and drive consumer purchase in retail and online channels. We are currently in the process of securing HCP marketing vendor partners to work with internal resources to activate the strategy and tactics. The shift to a digital-first world has rapidly changed the way life sciences companies engage with HCPs and patients. HCPs are digitally connected in every way. According to a recent study, 68% of HCPs prefer to receive information and education digitally. An effective omnichannel strategy is the plan, targeting HCPs with engagement, education, personalization, and precision. HCP conferences and education programs are also key components to 2024 HCP plans.
